Job Description
Major Responsibilities:- 1. Responsible for managing and identifying potential markets for domestic sales of chemicals allocated
2. Visit Customer for ensuring repeat sales orders
3. Offer suitable strategy towards customer satisfaction
4. Negotiate on fixing the pricing policy in consultation with the Management
5. Generate sales order and purchase order in internal ERP system
6. Provide marketing & dispatch plans to the plant for necessary scheduling for production & dispatch
7. Manage the debtors with support from finance & accounts team
8. Developing new markets in line with the business plans
9. Payments Collections
10. Periodically review the payments receivable
11. Pursuing customers till payments are realised
12. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and grievance handling
13. Motivate the team for attaining desired sales objectives
14. Achieving the formulated sales strategy and sales plans On time revenue collection
Requirements:- 1. Strong communication skills
2. Highly self motivated individual
3. Creating and implementing sales plans
4. Good presentation skills
5. Minimum 2 years of experience as sales manager
6. Minimum 5 years of sales experience
7. Proven track record of positive sales performance
8. Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed institution
